Jana worked at KAVU for 18 years before taking on a GM position in Colorado. She then moved to New Mexico and became a Sonic owner/operator for several years. She recently moved back to Wharton, Texas to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Jana enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

She has always strived to stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest trends and media strategies to further advertiser results. Jana strongly believes that a mix of media is the best way to help local businesses thrive.

Hey y’all. I was born in California and raised in Arizona, but I got to Texas as quickly as I could.

I began working in the media while a junior in high school in Yuma, Arizona. By my senior year, I had three parttime jobs, writing a weekly article for the local paper, The Yuma Daily Sun, running a weekly shift on radio, and a News Photographer and Editor for television. After attending the University of Arizona, I returned to Yuma as New Producer and was later named Executive Producer. I later transitioned to the Production department as a Commercial Producer and Newscast Director.

Within a year, I had my first job offer from another market and state, from the family-owned station in Harlingen, Texas. I was able to move up the ranks in Harlingen, later running the Program, Promotion, Creative Services, Station Operations and News Departments. My teams have won numerous Awards from the Texas Association of Broadcasters, the Associated Press and local and regional creative groups.

I moved to sales to showcase my abilities and knowledge for my customers. I have worked for local stations in Texas, Arizona and Louisiana. I have also sold for the Televisa Group across the US/Mexican border. I enjoy training salespeople to take care of their clients. I am currently building our team in the Crossroads, and I am excited about what we can bring to the table for our current and future business partners. Overall, it will be good for the community. I attempt to conduct business using the same principles as my Northside Rotary Club.

Victoria, Texas is a great place for us to live. It puts Mary, my wife, and I in the middle of our immediate family; kids, grandkids, parents, and siblings, most within a three-hour drive. We have two fur missile babies, Sasha and Layla. They are fun lovin’, squirrel chasin’ Belgian Malinois who love kids and going to stores and outdoor events. If you see us, please ask before petting.

Rene’ is an award-winning sales professional with many years of experience in creating and deploying marketing campaigns across multimedia platforms.   Her in-depth knowledge of what her customers' needs are and what technology is available today allows her to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers. Her experience includes lead roles at KIII, KAVU and the Advocate.

Rene’ has a 6-pound Shih-tzu fur baby named Bougie that loves to take walks on the beach at sunrise and an African Grey Parrot named Scarlet that continues to learn new words and phrases, much to her delight

Regina is a born and raised Victorian where her time was mainly spent at a dance studio or a sports field. She won her first regional dance championship at 7 years old and was a league softball champion at 13. After high school Regina pursued a career in sports medicine, however while working in broadcasting during college, she became fascinated in the technical broadcasting arena and changed her efforts to a career in television. 

In her 20+ years at Victoria Television Group, Regina has managed many jobs in the technical broadcasting field including News Video Editor, Master Control Supervisor and Live Newscast director.  In 2012 creativity took over and she switched her focus to Promotions and Digital.  She developed the procedures to efficiently edit and maintain daily promotion on each of the network affiliates in the Victoria Television Group while upholding digital and promotional campaigns for the Newscasts.  Regina also manages and maintains the digital media and social platforms for Victoria Television Group and has a sturdy understanding of web advertisement, trafficking, reporting and digital media fulfillment. 

When Regina is not engaged in television stuff or analyzing data at her desk, this wife and mother of 4 can still be caught at the dance studio with her daughter, sports fields with her son or driving to a school fundraiser her kids have somehow signed her up to help.
