Angela is a native Texan and a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.  She is the oldest of 3 girls, which is where she began to acquire her leadership skills. She maintains a positive can-do attitude and believes that nothing is truly impossible.

After working several customers service-oriented jobs, she was hired as the National Sales Assistant for the Victoria Television Group in 2008. This sparked a previously unknown passion for Marketing. Today, Angela wears many hats, which includes being responsible for National Sales on all 13 of the Victoria Television Group stations. 

Angela enjoys learning new things and collaborating with co-workers to expand clients’ marketing impact. She continues to grow her marketing skills by attending conferences, seminars, and webinars. 

She is a proud wife to Daryl and a mother to 3 rambunctious boys (Clay, Shayne, and Cameron) and a spit-fire daughter (Kylie), ages 15-21. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, camping, and exploring new local restaurants. She’s a member of the local chapter of the American Business Women's Association and finds joy in volunteering for non-profits and events that make a positive impact on her community.

Jana worked at KAVU for 18 years before taking on a GM position in Colorado. She then moved to New Mexico and became a Sonic owner/operator for several years. She recently moved back to Wharton, Texas to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Jana enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

She has always strived to stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest trends and media strategies to further advertiser results. Jana strongly believes that a mix of media is the best way to help local businesses thrive.

Carole has a sales background and has also owned her own business. 

With technology changing the way businesses market their services and products, Carole is elated to offer a broad scope of advertising options. She has a passion for helping small businesses grow and is excited to be able to help navigate through the waters in all things advertising. 

Carole is the mom of 4 beautiful girls and is extremely proud that she was able to put them all through college as a single mom. 

She enjoys being active in her church community outreach and loves cooking and traveling with friends and family!

Rene’ is an award-winning sales professional with many years of experience in creating and deploying marketing campaigns across multimedia platforms.   Her in-depth knowledge of what her customers' needs are and what technology is available today allows her to exceed customer expectations and provide excellent service. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers. Her experience includes lead roles at KIII, KAVU and the Advocate.

Rene’ has a 6-pound Shih-tzu fur baby named Bougie that loves to take walks on the beach at sunrise and an African Grey Parrot named Scarlet that continues to learn new words and phrases, much to her delight

Rudy Guajardo is a native Victorian who has been working in the crossroads area for several years.

He enjoys collaborating with businesses in Victoria and the surrounding counties to achieve their business goals.  Rudy is looking forward to helping customers in the golden crescent area with their marketing and providing effective digital solutions.

Rudy is a proud father of two boys, ages 11 & 17, and they keep him very busy. He also enjoys working out and staying in shape as well as making the best BBQ and hot sauce for family and friends.

Hey y’all. I was born in California and raised in Arizona, but I got to Texas as quickly as I could.

I began working in the media while a junior in high school in Yuma, Arizona. By my senior year, I had three parttime jobs, writing a weekly article for the local paper, The Yuma Daily Sun, running a weekly shift on radio, and a News Photographer and Editor for television. After attending the University of Arizona, I returned to Yuma as New Producer and was later named Executive Producer. I later transitioned to the Production department as a Commercial Producer and Newscast Director.

Within a year, I had my first job offer from another market and state, from the family-owned station in Harlingen, Texas. I was able to move up the ranks in Harlingen, later running the Program, Promotion, Creative Services, Station Operations and News Departments. My teams have won numerous Awards from the Texas Association of Broadcasters, the Associated Press and local and regional creative groups.

I moved to sales to showcase my abilities and knowledge for my customers. I have worked for local stations in Texas, Arizona and Louisiana. I have also sold for the Televisa Group across the US/Mexican border. I enjoy training salespeople to take care of their clients. I am currently building our team in the Crossroads, and I am excited about what we can bring to the table for our current and future business partners. Overall, it will be good for the community. I attempt to conduct business using the same principles as my Northside Rotary Club.

Victoria, Texas is a great place for us to live. It puts Mary, my wife, and I in the middle of our immediate family; kids, grandkids, parents, and siblings, most within a three-hour drive. We have two fur missile babies, Sasha and Layla. They are fun lovin’, squirrel chasin’ Belgian Malinois who love kids and going to stores and outdoor events. If you see us, please ask before petting.

Len Edward Cantu joined The Victoria Television Group in October 2023. He has many years of "in the field" experience on face to face relationships with his fellow Victorian's.

Len started his own marketing firm before COVID called "The Victorian Collaborators Inc." and was a huge promoter for AT&T and Just Energy in big box retail stores like Sams's Club, Target, and Walmart. His superior customer service experience and professionalism he has helped many by consulting his services.

Len enjoys cooking healthy food and is striving on his fitness journey to become the best version of himself. Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Brown Rice and Sautaed Green Beans, with Sweet Tai Chili Sauce is his favorite dish to make. The code that Len lives by is "I Treat Others the Way I would Want to Be Treated" and that has been working for him perfectly!

I am originally from Manhattan New York and grew up most of my life in South Florida. I am a passionate sports lover playing Football, Lacrosse, Rugby, and Baseball Growing up. I played Rugby for my school at Florida Gulf Coast University. I also enjoy music across the board, Concerts, and Traveling,  as well as the Gym. I knew from when I was young I wanted to be in the media business when my mom was very ill from cancer by being involved with the American Cancer Society events/fundraising and volunteering at the local food banks was a turning point for me this sparked a passion for wanting to make a difference in the lives of others, influencing communities, building businesses, and help shape the culture of pride, dignity, personal development,  Public relations, Area Chambers of Commerce, Leadership and Economic development. These are characteristics from my roots at NBC, CW, Iheartmedia, Dale Carnegie, Local Broadcast Sales and the Radio Advertising Bureau. I have been passionate and appreciative to be a part of an industry that I have strived and dreamed of since I was a child. Throughout my career in TV, Radio, Digital, and Print. I have worn different hats from being a Broadcaster, Sales Manager, Promotions, Play by Play Sports Broadcasting and a Sales Executive in these various roles I have enjoyed influencing the masses, viewers, listeners, businesses and teams in a positive manner.

Tiffany has many years of sales expertise along with personal business driven relationships though out the community of Victoria and surrounding areas. 

Tiffany has an open perception of possibility when it comes to helping people within her community. Anything can be achieved when the necessary time is taken, and an active relationship is built from character and determination. She is looking forward to building with the people within the crossroads area and expanding their reach and impact whilst maintaining a trustworthy personal experience for each business she helps grow. 

Tiffany is a proud mother of four daughters and two fur babies. She loves music and traveling abroad, when able, to see and try new things. Most importantly, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Rocio del Carmen Perry has joined the Victoria TV Station staff as an advertising executive. She comes to the TV station following 8 years in advertising sales with The Uvalde Radio KVOU/KUVA, The Uvalde Leader News & Altice USA ( former Suddenlink). Rocio  earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Monterrey, Mexico.

She has operated her own small business L’avenir Co., a seller of original design, handcrafted jewelry and home décor. Rocio
has also served as an English/Spanish translator for Uvalde Consolidated School district, Uvalde Memorial Hospital, K’Star Youth and Family Services and the Southwest Texas Junior College.

She is a mother of three children, Arturo Perry, 25, graduated from UT in Austin. Sarah C. Perry, 22, graduated from UTSA and Ligia Perry, 21, currently attending her second year of college in UTSA.

Rocio is very excited to join the team and ready to go get every single business in Victoria and surrounding areas onboard with TV and digital advertising. 

Rocio loves the LORD, and is involved in her church Faith Family Church. She is a people person and loves working as a team. Helping others brings Rocio so much joy and happiness. She loves dancing, traveling, reading and spending quality time with her children, family and friends.

Matthew is a native Texan from the Rio Grande Valley.

After graduating from Sam Houston State University with a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design, he transplanted to California working for a software company in Silicon Valley. There, Matt refined his skills as a Real-Time 3D modeler, which eventually led to his most exciting career, building 3D immersive training games for the military. He was unable to comment further, stating the ensuing consequences, of such action, would involve a personal metaphysical disentanglement from this plane of existence.

Following an unfortunate series of life events, it appeared the universe had a new set of plans for Matt. He returned home to Texas, and after a brief stint in Austin, he accepted a job with KIII, in Corpus Christi, as a Production Assistant.

…and that is where sales found him and pulled him over to the dark side, forever sealing his fate. Matt began his journey in sales, as an Account Manager, where his affinity for digital began to shine. It became obvious that he understood this digital stuff and was able to translate it for others. After almost 5 years as the Digital Account Manager, Matt was recruited to KXXV in Waco, Texas, to become their new Digital Sales Manager.

Regina is a born and raised Victorian where her time was mainly spent at a dance studio or a sports field. She won her first regional dance championship at 7 years old and was a league softball champion at 13. After high school Regina pursued a career in sports medicine, however while working in broadcasting during college, she became fascinated in the technical broadcasting arena and changed her efforts to a career in television. 

In her 20+ years at Victoria Television Group, Regina has managed many jobs in the technical broadcasting field including News Video Editor, Master Control Supervisor and Live Newscast director.  In 2012 creativity took over and she switched her focus to Promotions and Digital.  She developed the procedures to efficiently edit and maintain daily promotion on each of the network affiliates in the Victoria Television Group while upholding digital and promotional campaigns for the Newscasts.  Regina also manages and maintains the digital media and social platforms for Victoria Television Group and has a sturdy understanding of web advertisement, trafficking, reporting and digital media fulfillment. 

When Regina is not engaged in television stuff or analyzing data at her desk, this wife and mother of 4 can still be caught at the dance studio with her daughter, sports fields with her son or driving to a school fundraiser her kids have somehow signed her up to help.
