Neal is digital through and through!  With more than 22 years of experience in this space, Neal started his career in digital back in 1991, working on web pages for the University of Minnesota.

Neal's passion for new media grew to the point of owning a web development company where he built sites for hundreds of clients ranging from restaurants, hotels, local businesses, convention and visitor associations, chambers and even, in one case, a moderately-sized city in northern Minnesota.

Things became serious for Neal when he sold his business to a newspaper media company and his responsibilities grew to putting all of their 20+ newspapers online, developing strategy for sales and putting together partnerships within the communities they serve.

Neal's attention slowly turned from working with newspapers to working with broadcasters, where today he leads the digital efforts of Morgan Murphy Media as their Vice President of New Media.

Morgan Murphy Media has television and radio properties in Washington and Wisconsin and is the proud owner of a local city magazine called Madison Magazine.

Neal lives in Madison and spends as much time with his family as he can: Stacy (wife), Brett (son, in college at University of Wisconsin-Madison), Cassie (daughter, in high school at James Madison Memorial), Brooklyn (daughter, in grade school at Olson), and a dog that he calls a cat, Tobie.  In addition to hanging out with family and friends, Neal can be found on nice days frequenting the local golf course.

Jill grew up in Green Bay as part of a sports-loving family.  When not cheering on the Packers or Badgers, her parents were running her around to volleyball tournaments, basketball practices or softball games.

Jill followed her Badger pride to Madison, where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin.  While at UW, she participated in a study abroad semester in Paris.  Paris fueled a love for travel (and pain au chocolat), and she continues to explore new destinations.

Growing up, Jill was always a quick adopter of the latest technologies.  It's not surprising that in her 10+ years with Morgan Murphy Media that she has taken an active interest in the company's ever-evolving digital media properties.

At Morgan Murphy, Jill helped to develop the processes by which the company manages digital sales support and campaign fulfillment.  She led site redesign projects for Channel3000.com, KXLY.com and News8000.com, as well as mobile website and app launches for each property.

Jill loves to find solutions to clients' digital marketing needs and is excited that Phase 3 will expand that support for local businesses.
